Adam Syddall was part of the last ever 'A' Tour sent by Marelybone Cricket Club to East Africa under the captaincy of England player Jamie Dalrymple in 2008 and has represented MCC in over 100 fixtures to date.

In 2007 he moved to Cheshire County Cricket Club and won the Western Division title with Cheshire in 2007, 2009 and 2013. He went on to win two minor county championship titles with Cheshire in 2007 and 2013. To date he holds the record for the most number of one-day wickets for Cheshire County Cricket Club.
