He is most known for portraying the antagonist Joaquin Tuazon, the son of the rich business man (played by Albert Martinez) in the ABS-CBN primetime series, FPJ's Ang Probinsyano, Francisco "Paco" Alipio in television drama series Hanggang Saan, and Elijah "Elai" Sarmiento in the recently concluded The General's Daughter.

Born on November 16, 1990 to actress Sylvia Sanchez and businessman Art Atayde. He is the eldest with three younger siblings: Ria, Gela, and Xavi. Arjo studied at La Salle Greenhills and later moved to Reedley International School.
