2004

CeCe Cline's career is an extraordinary life story. From her leading performances in at least six Broadway productions to her diverse film and television career, CeCe has always been one to watch. Her fascinating upbringing has contributed to her truly exceptional talent in the entertainment industry. A gifted ballerina and singer since she could literally walk and talk, CeCe's focus at an early age appeared to be on her dancing career. Trained in various aspects of dance, including tap, jazz, hip hop, break dancing, ballroom and of course, her true love, ballet, CeCe's teachers quickly discovered that she was a dance prodigy. Just as expected, within one week of putting on her pointe shoes for the first time, CeCe had mastered pointe ballet and was capable of perfectly executing up to 10 pirouettes. But CeCe's amazing talents did not stop with dance. She also studied classical piano and voice. When her dance classes would end, she attended voice and piano lessons. As CeCe's dance career started to excel, she put her singing career on hold, but not until she became one of the youngest performers ever to solo at Carnegie Hall. To this day, Carnegie Hall continues to invite CeCe to perform at the famous venue because of her spellbinding stage presence, fantastic voice and ability to sell out tickets. Despite her busy childhood which was filled with performances, rehearsals and contract negotiations, CeCe managed to maintain a fairly normal childhood. She loved playing little league baseball on all boys teams, with her father serving as the team manager (he was a professional baseball player) and her mother working as the team mom. She was a school cheerleader, served on student government and was active internationally with BBYO. She excelled academically, both in her public school and with her private set tutor, and never reached below a 4. 0 grade point average throughout her school career. While she learned how to balance her checkbook at the age of seven, CeCe admitted to hating math and science and preferred English and History classes. As though this was not impressive enough, CeCe became a closet screenwriter at the age of nine. Overwhelmed by a desire to tell her own stories, CeCe had already written two screenplays by the age of 11. She, of course, had always planned to cast herself in all of her movies. In 2004, CeCe and her friends founded the Cassiopeia Theatre Company, Inc. , in Los Angeles. CeCe was desperate to perform on the stage again and was inspired by the talent among her Los Angeles friends. Their plays have opened to sold out performances, rave reviews and the Cassiopeia Theatre Company has successfully found a major fan base in the Southern California area. Under CeCe's direction as President, Cassiopeia is currently branching out into film and television production as well, and is in the process of shooting the pilot for "Boarders," the true life stories of CeCe, her friend, television writer/ producer Jeny Quine and Marlene Peroutka. Cassiopeia recently produced the stage version of "Boarders" and was met with such a tremendously positive response from network executives and the industry's most powerful people that CeCe and her fellow producers decided to green-light the pilot shoot. In addition to creating "Boarders," CeCe recently sold two screenplays at an astounding seven figure price and will be producing those films as well. In her very limited free time, CeCe is recording another album with original music written by her and her musician friends, with CeCe accompanying herself on piano with some of the songs. After a near-fatal car accident a few years ago, CeCe persevered as she always has in the past and had an astoundingly quick but painful recovery. In several magazine, television and newspaper interviews, CeCe has contributed her recovery to the support of her friends and family and her need to constantly rise above obstacles. Many of her accomplishments over the past few years, however have been overshadowed by her high-profile romantic relationships, including a top Calvin Klein model, a member of the South African royal family and several fellow famous actors and musicians.
