Davis' 2019 single "Shirtless" was placed in an episode of MTV's The Challenge: War of the Worlds and can also be heard in a commercial for Poolboy Swimwear 2019 campaign.
In the spring of 2019, Davis accepted an invitation to sing the first ever approved remake of the hit song "Blue" by Eiffel 65 to commemorate its 20th anniversary, produced by Italian Djs Alex Pizzuti & Adalwolf and released on EDX's label Sirup. Davis also teamed up with popular Italian artist DJs From Mars on the release "Dance 2 the Beat" which received radio play by Tiesto. Davis' solo single "RIP" about his sobriety, debuted in Billboard Magazine with a music video co-directed with Adam Settle.
In 2019 DAVIS acted in the music video for "More Hearts Than Mine" by Warner artist Ingrid Andress which climbed to #1 on Country Radio in summer 2020.
The music video for "Dance With Me" co-Directed by Micah Atkinson, was nominated for Best Music Video at Revry TV's Out Web Awards in 2018. The music video for "Lost" with Peruvian DJ Aaron Marz was nominated for Best Music Video by DJ Mag Peru. The "Sun and Moon" music video premiered in Billboard and was favorably reviewed by Huffington Post Senior Reporter - Curtis M. Wong. The video for "Downtown" co-directed by Emmy-winning filmmaker Josh Shreve, received support from Don Diablo.
His first musical release "Beautiful Girls" in 2014 was penned for his MTV Real World co-star Diem Brown, premiering in People Magazine. His followup and second musical release "Anyone Would Know," remixed by Swedish DJ John Dahlback was signed to Armada Records and was impressively streamed on over 400 playlists worldwide. As a Music Video Director, Davis storyboards, location scouts and casts his own music videos starting with "Anyone Would Know" and "Loud" both co-directed by Derrick Lipschitz.
During his time in New York, Davis was employed at Universal Music Group in the Marketing Department, yet in 2013 Davis moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue a career in music as a singer-songwriter.
From 2011-2013 he lived in New York City studying acting at The Studio's ActOut taught by Brad Calcaterra who taught fellow students Laverne Cox, Melissa McCarthy, Trace Lysette, Johnny Sibilly among others where he developed a love for sketch comedy and went on to start as the role of "Polly" in the movie Sirup and Salvation, his first stint as a drag character.
Davis Mallory established a love for music and acting early on in his native city of Atlanta where he started performing as a child in a church choir and in theater productions. His first major movie role was a student in Dumb and Dumberer. His first Televised appearance was on MTV's reality show - The Real World (2006) and the MTV Challenges (2007-2011). He went on to become a Music News Host for the MTV owned property NewNowNext and later Opry TV in Nashville Tennessee.
