As a singer Manoela has already done a show in the United States and did shows in many places in Brazil. On December 1, 2017 Manoela released her new studio album called Up! Tour. In 2020 Larissa Manoela debuted her first film on Netflix, in the plot called Airplane Mode, Larissa plays a digital influencer.

In 2016 she released her first book, which is called "The Diary of Larissa Manoela", it was released on June 6 at the Saraiva bookstore in a shopping mall in São Paulo. In 2017 she renewed contract with TV station SBT to be the villain of the novel The Adventures of Poliana (In portuguese: As Aventuras de Poliana), where she will star opposite João Guilherme Ávila. Also in 2017 Larissa released her second book, which is called "The World of Larissa Manoela", the same year she bought a mansion in Orlando, Florida.

In 2013 she starred in the series Patrulha Salvadora and the following year she appeared in the novel Cúmplices de Um Resgate.

In 2010 Manoela played the protagonist of the series Dalva and Herivelto: a Song of Love in the young phase, however, the actress only came to recognition in 2012 when she played Viviane in the novel Corações Feridos and Maria Joaquina in the novel Carrossel.
