In July 2019 Dikmans appeared in the Maybelline New York "Generation Fluid" campaign covering her varied career. The same month she was featured on the Top 10 Fashion Models in Melbourne by Australia's Top Models alongside Alice Burdeu, Montana Cox, Martha Christie, among others.

Dikmans fought Paris Rose at Domination Muay Thai 21 held on October 27, 2018 in Perth, Australia. The bout ended in a unanimous draw.

With her involvement in the combat sport of Muay Thai, Dikmans has landed fight-inspired active wear campaigns for brands such as Lululemon Athletica and Russell Athletic. Dikmans commenced fighting Muay Thai in late 2016 and made her pro debut on 4 March 2017, scoring a unanimous decision against Kiri Dale at the Roots 2: Jammin event held at St Kilda Town Hall. Her current fight record is 3-0.

After completing her university studies Dikmans worked as a lawyer, including a stint as General Counsel of legal technology start up company LawAdvisor, before returning to modelling in late 2016. Shortly after her return, she was cast as the hero in national television commercials for Pure Blonde and Kmart Australia.

Dikmans is a founder of the Real Food Healthy Body web site launched in 2013. She has also been an author at The Bare Blends Blog. In June 2017, Dikmans joined the editorial board of online fighting sports publication FIGHTMAG, where she is also a presenter and feature writer, sharing her experience in the sport.
