Harris and violinist Christian Hebel eloped on April 30, 2015 and wed in New York City. Their first son, Henry, was born on July 19, 2016. On August 25, 2018, Harris welcomed her second child, son Otto. On August 22, 2019, it was revealed that Harris has filed for divorce from Hebel.
