He was the head of the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan at Jammu and the former Vice Chancellor of Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Rajasthan Sanskrit University, under Government of Rajasthan. He was the Registrar of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi.
