Alongside a Nike Town residency, she has opened for Talib Kweli, The Game and Ciara, been on the Wireless line-up, DJ’d at pop-up shops for Kehlani and The Internet, and hosted after-parties for Rae Sremmurd, August Alsina and Dreamville. She currently broadcasts on Radar Radio.

Her interest in producing was boosted by a meeting with Quincy Jones, who worked with her role model, Michael Jackson. Her first break came in early 2012, when Snoop Dogg heard her tracks on SoundCloud; he contacted her with an invite to fly out to record with him while on his European summer tour.

Releasing her first DJ mix in October 2012, Harrison's passion for trap music became apparent, leading to her adopting the alias LadyInTheTrap which inspired the title of her mix CD series. Her interest in this subgenre of hip-hop arose from her enthusiasm for beat-making, as well as her obsession with the 808 drum machine. Although she specialises in this niche, her DJ sets encapsulate the hip-hop/R&B umbrella as a whole, including bootlegs from other genres of music.

In 2006, she featured as one of the subjects of the Channel 4 documentary series My Crazy Life. An episode in the series followed Harrison's quest for fame and her family's sacrifices to support her. In 2007, Harrison applied for and was granted a three-year Dada award to enable her to study Performing Arts at Laine Theatre Arts. She wrote and produced a 30-minute-long musical, entitled "NO BALLS".

In 2003, at the age of 13, she represented Malta in its debut at the inaugural Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2003 in Copenhagen, Denmark. She performed the self-written song "Like a Star", which placed 7th with 56 points.
