He was drafted by North Melbourne with their first selection and eighth overall in the 2018 national draft, after being part of North's Next Generation Academy (NGA). He made his debut as a late change in the twenty point loss to Brisbane Lions at Marvel Stadium in the second round of the 2019 season.
