Elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1988. Goalie for the Montreal Canadians (1968-1969) and Chicago Blackhawks (1969-1984). Awards: Calder Memorial Trophy (1970), First All-Star Team Goalie (1970, 1972, 1980), Second All-Star Team Goalie (1973, 1974) and Vezina Trophy (1970, 1972, 1974). Won the NCAA title with Michigan Tech in 1965.
