In 1994 one of his friends was killed while on duty with the Los Angeles Police Dept.
A talented character actor known for his roles, in Hard Case & Fist (1989) with Tony Zarindast, where he played an ex-Vietnam veteran with a bad leg, who helped a group on the run, and was later killed when a grenade he throw was thrown back at him and it exploded.
His bio was later published in the Marquis "Who's Who" Who's who in American (1988). He later formed a record, film and publishing Co. He produced one of the earliest rap songs, "Sex Sells" on vinyl. He later wrote a screenplay entitled "DEA" Connection along with his close friend and photographer Toris Von Wolfe. Victor later created his own TV talk show "America Get It off Your Chest" which became a weekly radio program which aired in Los Angeles, and gained a great following.
He was called in to audition for a role in Predator (1987) starring Arnold Swartzenegger, however the following year he formed his own Film Production Company based in Los Angeles and New York (1986) and was featured in an article published in the Los Angeles Daily News "LA Life" (1986) He was once approached by a poster company to have his picture with the 44 magnum turn into a poster for commercial purposes, but he declined.
He was also known for the role he played in the movie Vendetta (1986) with Kin Shriner, where he played a prison guard who had the famous lines "Wake up ladies it's shower time get your asses up" which were lines that he ad libbed, and these very lines allowed him to gain entrance into the Screen Actors Guild.
He also had a very small bit in the movie "Reform School Girls" (1986) with Sybil Danning.
He also played a detective in the movie "The Tomb" (1986) with John Carradine and Cameron Mitchell. Most of his acting career he played "Cops" and military characters. He studied Criminology, Law and Psychology but some how always returned to acting. Although most of his young adult life was spent in Los Angeles, California he has lived in New York, México, Germany and Canada.
Most of his young adult life was spent on the back lots of 20th Century Fox in Century city California, where he use to watch the shootings of "Payton Place" with actress Patricia Morrow, and the shootings of the TV show "Julia" (1971) starring Diahann Carroll, and other notable films such as "Hello Dolly" (1969) and Troa Troa Troa (1970), it was his home away from home. It was later when he auditioned for a Baby Ruth candy bar commercial and later a game commercial and did some "PSA" is when the acting came about. He started a short lived modeling career in the late 70s and early 80s and was once called "Shaft" after Richard Roundtree, later he took a picture holding a 44 magnum gun and this same picture was seen by an Agent in Burbank, California and Victor, was signed on the spot.
