The same year she starred in romance melodrama River Flows To You alongside Ma Tianyu, based on Guo Jingming's novel Cry Me A Sad River. Zheng is set to star in spy drama Masked where she played double roles as an undercover agent and a Japanese spy.
In 2018, Zheng starred alongside Luo Jin in the romance drama My Story for You.
